PAC Contributions
FPA-PAC is a federally registered political action committee created to enhance FPA's lobbying efforts in the U.S. House and Senate. (FPA-PAC makes non-partisan contributions primarily to incumbent Members of Congress who have demonstrated previous support for financial planning issues or who could be supportive of the profession in the future.) Contributions to FPA-PAC are strictly voluntary. You may decide not to contribute to FPA-PAC without fear of reprisal or disadvantage. Contributions made by corporations are prohibited. Only U.S. citizens and permanent residents may contribute to FPA-PAC. Federal law requires political action committees to report the name, home mailing address, occupation, and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in a calendar year.
