Get ready for a uniquely NexGen VIRTUAL experience! Although we couldn't "Gather" in person this year as planned, join your fellow NexGen’ers for a one day event that will focus on you and your career.  With everything that is going on in today’s world from concern over our family’s safety to the growing awareness of continued racism we need to come together now more than ever! Not only to provide each other with support, but to remind each other just how powerful this profession is. At this One Day Experience we are creating a space for those new to the profession and those who were new just a few a years ago. This year’s first ever virtual FPA externship brought real financial planning to 1,600+ students and career changers – now at our One Day Experience all of us NexGen’ers will get to meet each other! The day will start with internal discovery on your Clifton Strengths, move on to workshops related to career development, and finish with a deep dive into adding coaching skills to your superb technical skills. We are so excited to bring this to you!
